There's No Place Like Home for the Holidays

We had a wonderful Christmas here at home, and also with family. We didn't take as many pictures as we would have liked to, but here's what's new!

Abby came over to play a couple days before Christmas. We covered the coffee table with white paper and gave the girls crayons. That lasted for about 10 minutes. For a snack, I gave each of them a mandarin orange and a chocolate chip cookie. Lucy ate her orange and then ate Abby's, and Abby ate her cookie and then ate Lucy's. That's what friendship is all about!

Here she is digging into her stocking. She wasn't too sure why we put such fun things into a furry sock.

Once she realized there was candy inside, though, she decided that stockings were alright with her.

The "horse on a stick" was a gift from Grandma and Grandpa K. She came out of her room on Christmas morning, took one look at it and said, "SHEEP!"

Here's Lucy with her new baby which she named "Baby". This doll giggles, cries, and says "Mama". Lucy loves it.
